Cancellation Policy and Refunds

Tradefeeds API subscriptions automatically renew every 30-days unless canceled by clients on user dashboards or via e-mail requests. In case you’d like to terminate your API subscription, please follow the cancellation instructions on your dashboard or send us an email requesting cancellation at least 7 days before the next renewal date. Users are responsible for the subscription fees of any renewed period.

Typically, if the payment for an API subscription fails, the system will automatically try to charge you around every 3 days. If these attempts fail multiple times, your API subscription may automatically terminate without notice. In this case, you may re-activate your account again on your dashboard. 

Access to standalone databases as listed on the Website is indefinite unless expressed otherwise on the Website.

All API subscription fees and all standalone database purchases are final and non-refundable even in cases the APIs or databases are not actively or not at all accessed or used.
