Insider Transactions API
Insider Transactions API
Tradefeeds Insider Transactions API allows you to access to transaction information data disclosed in SEC by corporate executives, officers, directors and individuals who own more than 10% of the company’s shares. The corporate insiders are obliged by law to file Form 4 to make publicly available their purchases, sales or holdings of their company’s securities. Whenever corporate insiders change the ownership of their securities, they must report the insider trades within 2 days. It is obligatory for them to determine the type of security traded since insider trading activity pertains to common stock, options and warrants.
